This document outlines the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing use of the kpp02 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026 — Applicable to all kpp02 platform users in Malaysia.
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the kpp02 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use kpp02's services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the kpp02 platform ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest conditions in effect.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By using kpp02, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use is lawful under the laws applicable to you.
Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account on the kpp02 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. kpp02 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification or withdrawal processing purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Never share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to kpp02.
User responsibilities also include:
All transactions on the kpp02 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets, and other methods listed in the Payment section of your account. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method verified in the registered user's name. kpp02 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Eligible withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe; however, kpp02 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Kpp02 reserves the right to hold or defer any withdrawal for security review, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity. Where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, kpp02 reserves the right to reverse the relevant transaction and freeze the account balance pending completion of the investigation.
Any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by banks or payment processors are the responsibility of the user, not kpp02.
Kpp02 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraud, provided false information during registration, or engaged in activities harmful to the platform or other users.
Users may also request voluntary closure of their account by contacting the kpp02 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible active balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable conditions. If there are pending transactions or unresolved investigations, account closure may be deferred until those matters are settled.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, kpp02 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or betting outcomes. kpp02's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount actually deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
All content on the kpp02 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of kpp02 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from kpp02.
The kpp02 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment processors. kpp02 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Kpp02 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. If you disagree with any changes made, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal process in Malaysia.
